Overview

Lanikai at Kahaluʻu is a three-hour cultural gathering presented by Hālau Kaʻeaikahelelani at Kahaluʻu, Kona. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to the following terms.

These terms are intended to protect guests, presenters, and the land on which the experience takes place.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket transactions are processed securely through Humanitix.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Humanitix's terms and policies in addition to these Terms of Service.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at purchase.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated on the event listing page.

If an event is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified and refund options will be communicated.

Weather decisions are made with guest safety and site preservation in mind. In the event of unsafe conditions, the experience may be rescheduled or canceled.

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend.

Assumption of Risk

This experience takes place outdoors at a natural shoreline environment in Kahaluʻu.

By attending, you acknowledge and accept:

  • Uneven ground and natural terrain
  • Changing weather conditions
  • Proximity to ocean and shoreline elements

Guests attend at their own risk and agree to exercise reasonable care during the event.

Code of Conduct

Lanikai at Kahaluʻu is a cultural and educational gathering grounded in respect.

Guests agree to:

  • Conduct themselves with courtesy and awareness
  • Respect the land, cultural practitioners, and fellow attendees
  • Follow guidance provided by event hosts and staff

Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Photography and Media

Photography and video may be captured during the event for documentation and promotional purposes.

By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in photographs or recordings unless you notify event staff upon arrival that you prefer not to be included.

Guests are welcome to take personal photos respectfully unless otherwise instructed during specific ceremonial moments.

Accessibility

The event takes place in an outdoor shoreline setting. Terrain may include grass, sand, and uneven surfaces.

Children

Children are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.

Guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of minors in their care.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lanikai at Kahaluʻu and Hālau Kaʻeaikahelelani are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by gross negligence or unlawful conduct.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as necessary. The most current version will always be posted on this website with an updated effective date.
